Nicole and Nathan are fantastic! They live up in Desert Hot Springs but were game to drive down to the Huntington Library, Art Museum and Gardens for their engagement session. They planned everything ahead of time so we would have tickets to their free day which is the first Thursday of every month. We were afraid the weather wouldn't be agreeable since the day before our session SoCal had its first rain of the fall season, but it turned out PERFECT, beautiful, bright and not too cold. We met before the Huntington opened so I could get a chance to learn more about them and let me tell you, they are SUPER. They have been together for over 4 years and will finally be married next spring. Their personalities really shone through in their pictures, especially some of the really goofy ones :) Enjoy!

I loved this wedding, it was small, short and sweet. They had the ceremony at Azusa City Hall, and the reception in her grandparents' backyard. It doesn't happen very often where you get to take one group photo that has EVERYONE, all the people that attended, in it! This wedding was so unique, in so many ways, and I was blessed to be a part of their day. This was also the first time I had Tim along as second shooter, and his images turned out fantastic!
