Elisabeth & Manny :: 3-5-2016 :: Wedding in Huntington Beach

Elisabeth and Manny are such sweeties! We started out their breezy and overcast wedding day at Hampton Inn and Suites in Seal Beach where both Elisabeth and Manny got ready with their bridesmaids, groomsmen and families. After a few fun shots in their customized shirts and everyone was dressed ready to go, Elisabeth's mom and her girls helped her get into her gorgeous dress, veil and garter. The guys had a little tougher time getting ready as everyone had to figure out how to tie their own bowties! Luckily Manny saved the day by helping the majority of the groomsmen and Kirby their sweet pup/ring bearer with their ties. There is a gorgeous park adjacent to their venue, the Newland Barn, so after everyone was ready, the the couple had their first look and we took some bridal party photos. After those and the newlywed portraits (with Kirby!) were done, we all made out way back up to the barn for the ceremony. The Newland Barn is such a lovely and intimate venue, perfect for the exchange of Elisabeth and Manny's vows. An especially sweet moment was their personalized vows to one another, I don't think there was a dry eye in attendance! Once the ceremony was complete we spent an hour capturing family portraits as family and friends are a huge priority to these two and they wanted to make sure they got a photos with everyone. My favorite is the huge group shot of both families, I think it might be the biggest group shot we have ever taken. So fun! Next it was time for the party to begin! The reception was full of fun details like a customized beer wall, custom drink coozies, lawn games and of course the epic In-N-Out truck! Upon joyfully entering their reception, Elisabeth and Manny had their first dance which they had choreographed together. It was awesome! Then they spent some time greeting, and thanking each of their guests and listening to toasts. After dinner, Elisabeth danced with her dad and Manny with his mom, both were so incredibly sweet. After the bouquet, garter toss and cake cutting there was some epic dancing from their amazing guests. The heavens soon opened with rain and the last part of the party was moved inside. But even the rain couldn't stop the sparkler exit as the newlyweds ran through to begin the rest of their lives together. It was such a tremendous pleasure to be a part of this amazing day!
