Peterson Design and Photography

Due to scheduling changes, it didn't work out for us to shoot Sandra and Marc 's wedding, but we were delighted when they asked us to do family photos! We met up a day before Sandra and Marc tied the knot to get some updated family photos with Sandra's family who had traveled from all over the country (and the world!) to be present for Sandra and Marc's big day! For their session we visited Carbon Canyon Park in Brea where the first part of our cloudy morning session was spent by the large lake in the middle of the park. Then we walked to the redwoods section of the park with "the kids" for some more photos in the sunshine! It was such a joy to capture this family who love to laugh together! Lucy and Yair are simply the sweetest! This session was originally intended to be an anniversary shoot for their wonderful mom Gloria, but her hubby had to travel for work and would be out of town. So we decided to do a vintage and travel themed shoot celebrating Lucy's upcoming travels to Europe for school.
