Kiana & Taylor :: 6-25-2017 :: Wedding in Menifee

This day was SO much fun! Kiana and Taylor got married on a very very warm day at Menifee Lakes Country Club a beautiful Wedegwood venue in wine country! They really meshed their sunny, colorful and fun theme easily with this location! Their colors of blues, grey and sunny yellows set the mood for their day of celebration! Our day began with the bridal party getting ready together at a friend's home in Temecula. It was a little strange to see the bride and groom both getting ready in the same space, but it made it so fun! However, after make-up and hair were done and the dress out, the groom was no longer allowed to see the bride until their ceremony :) Right before we left the home to head to the venue, the bride and groom exchanged notes with a "not" first look where they talked and held hands without seeing one another. So sweet! After we arrived at the venue, we spent some time with doing fun bridal party photos, being careful to keep the bride and groom separate. And then before you know it, it was ceremony time! It was filled with prayer, vows and a very sweet first look! Family and more bridal party portraits followed the ceremony and we were sure to take photos in the magical golden hour light with the new Mr. and Mrs.!  Next it was time for them to be announced at their reception as the newly minted Mr. and Mrs. Bjur! The reception decor featured exceptional florals, stacked books, literary quotes, a beautiful cake and our favorite-----the candy bar! Upon entering their reception, the couple had their first dance, danced with their parents and enjoyed a delicious dinner.  When night fell, everyone danced the night away in-between the bouquet tosses and the cake cutting. We snuck the newlyweds away for some epic end of the night shots with the some fun bubble makers. This was such a splendid day celebrating such a beautiful and loving couple!
