Kesha already had invites designed, but was heartbroken when she saw the final result of what was designed for her. So, is desperation, she searched Craigslist and found me!!! Here is her new improved invite design. I am so glad I could help her out!!

A Save the Date I designed for my friend Kathleen. Isn't the photo so cute!?! Oops! I just realized the correct date should be April 7, 2012. I posted the wrong date! It's ok though. At least I fixed it on the final postcard! :)

I loved them from the first moment I saw their smiles. Carolyn and Ken met online (similar to some other couples I know, including us!) and they had a sweet, gentle tenderness between them. They proclaimed themselves to be goofballs and since they were going with a casual wedding at the courthouse, why not go casual all the way with jeans and "Bride" and "Groom" shirts? I said yes, please! I love when a couple can be themselves and not try to fit themselves into some kind of cookie cutter wedding box. That would be boring. And Carolyn and Ken are definitely not boring. They even joked that the Royal Wedding was stealing their thunder! Their reason for getting married this day: the one year anniversary of their first date. Yes. :) Their rings were on back order, so for the "exchange of rings" they used what they called the "K-mart specials" a very fake looking purple cubic zirconia ring for her and a large women's eternity band...

Tim and I are beginning a new adventure as newlyweds: wedding photographers! I have been observing a need rise as our economy declines, a need for cheap wedding photography. Both of us are  photographers, not as experienced as some friends of ours but we are certainly both competent, hard working photographers. Because of our lack of experience and both holding other jobs, we charge very little for our service since it is not our only source of income. Our mission is to be able to provide extremely affordable, yet professional and beautiful wedding photographs that will showcase the vision and experience of a couple's special day as they share it with family and friends.
