Sarah & Ethan :: 6-2-18 :: Wedding in Anaheim
These two are definitely a favorite! But with good reason that make us a tad biased... they are family! Sarah is Tim's sister and we love her and Ethan tremendously! At first it was a bit of a struggle for all of us deciding what roles we would have for their wedding. But ultimately we are so glad we decided to be their photographers and help plan and create so many elements throughout the wedding! In addition to photos, we also designed and created their invitation suite and floral designs and we loved every moment of it :)
For their wedding, these two envisioned a relaxed but elegant garden party vibe! Their venue, the Griffith House in Anaheim was a perfect all outdoor space that included all the elements they were looking for! On the wedding day, we started out with Sarah and Ethan's details and both of them getting ready on location at the historic house on the property. After Sarah had donned her beautiful dress and had some finishing touches by her bridesmaids, she and Ethan shared an incredibly emotional first look. We next met up with the super fun bridal party (including more family members!) for some portraits around the property. Then we spent some more time with Sarah and Ethan, finishing up with some fun photos with a beautiful custom sign from Lavender Dots Design. Their short and sweet ceremony followed and after some fun moments, laughter, exchange of rings, these two were finally married! After cocktail hour, family photos (where we had some help from my dad so we could jump in a few!) and socializing, the bridal party made their grand entrance into the reception and Mr. and Mrs. Larson shared their first dance. After dinner and speeches, they visited every table, cut the cake and then danced the night away. Finally, after all the reception events were completed, we stole the newlyweds away from the party for a romantic end of the night shot at the chapel on the property :) It was such an incredible day for a couple we love so dearly!
