Sondra :::: Senior Portraits :::: Anaheim Magnolia Christian School

This is my beautiful friend Sondra. Tim has been friends with Sondra's family for a long time and Sondra is also one of Tim's sister Sarah's oldest friends. She wanted to do her pictures around The Lab and The Camp which are super cool "anti" malls in Costa Mesa and have colorful and unique exteriors. I also brought polaroids to take at her session, which was so fun! After she graduates from high-school in the spring, Sondra plans to attend California Baptist University in the fall as a vocal performance major. Sondra is lovely inside and out and we had such a wonderful time together.

Gordon + Hank :: 4/8/23 :: Wedding in Pioneer Town

G+H had the most magical day in the most magical of places— Rimrock Ranch in Pioneer Town, Yucca Valley! The weather was literally perfect and every detail was thoughtful and intentional and executed flawlessly by Katie at Best Day Ever Events! We started with the two grooms taking photo all over the property and even with one of the horses, Ranger. Next, it was time for guest arrival and ceremony where their guests were first greeted by singing from one of their favorite performers, Leslie Page. As the guests began to sample cocktails from Your Little Local and take their seats, each guest was given a red, woven bracelet. Once everyone was seated, the officiant Lori Kahn explained that the grooms wished their guests to infuse their love and positive energy into their bracelets and place them on their wrists. Melissa & Peter :: 11-11-17 :: Wedding in Irvine

Melissa and Peter are such sweeties! We started out their warm sunny wedding day at the Embassy Suites in Santa Ana,  where Melissa got ready with her bridesmaids. After a few fun shots in their robes and everyone was dressed ready to go, Melissa's bestie helped her get into her gorgeous dress, veil and garter. Next, we headed to their venue, the Eureka Building in Irvine where  the bridal party took some photos, being careful to keep bride and groom separate from one another. We also did a first look with Melissa and her dad and a "not" first look with Melissa and Peter, both were so fun and sweet! After those portraits were done, it was ceremony time filled with a sweet and emotional first look, personal vows and three cord braiding ceremony.  Once these two were officially Mr. and Mrs. we spent some time doing family photos, bridal party photos and portraits of the newlyweds in the setting sun.
