Dorrie & Chris :::: Engagement Session at Hillcrest Park

Dorrie and Chris are the cutest! They met three years ago through mutual friends and became engaged only a few months ago. While they were traveling in Europe, Dorrie wanted to visit the Lock Bridge in Paris but they weren't able to fit it into their itinerary. However, while in Malta on a beautiful bridge overlooking the city and the setting sun, Chris presented Dorrie with an engraved lock and asked Dorrie to be his wife. He presented Dorrie with her great-grandmother's stunning ring, and of course she said yes! We met these two at Hillcrest Park in Fullerton and after taking a little while to adjust to being in front of the camera, we had a wonderful time taking photos with them in the setting sun. In addition we brought along a surprise pack of polaroids, which we had a lot of fun with. We are so excited to be working with them on their invitation suite and to photograph their wedding in October of 2014!

Melissa and Peter are such sweeties! We started out their warm sunny wedding day at the Embassy Suites in Santa Ana,  where Melissa got ready with her bridesmaids. After a few fun shots in their robes and everyone was dressed ready to go, Melissa's bestie helped her get into her gorgeous dress, veil and garter. Next, we headed to their venue, the Eureka Building in Irvine where  the bridal party took some photos, being careful to keep bride and groom separate from one another. We also did a first look with Melissa and her dad and a "not" first look with Melissa and Peter, both were so fun and sweet! Cherie & Max :: 4/9/2022 :: Wedding in Los Angeles

Another postponed wedding couple that finally got to have their day! YAYYYYYY! This was the most wonderful pink wedding of my dreams and every detail was off the charts!  Their venue, Ruby Street in Highland Park,  was a perfect setting to apply all their incredible colorful touches and to have a fun, beautiful day! We started out with Cheri's details and getting ready at the venue. After Cherie had donned her incredible pink and sparkly Lazaro gown and Max was all suited up in his custom pink suit, these two shared their first look!  After some more photos around the venue and meeting up with their wedding party, it was finally time for their sweet and short ceremony. Can we talk about the DIY ribbon arch for a second? These two created it themselves and knocked it out of the park ! It is a eucalyptus grove and wow the light and trees always make for stunning photos. November 11 (Saturday)  -  Lewis  MacAdams Riverfront Park, Downtown Los Angeles This hidden gem is right by the LA river and features a wonderful greenery area with benches, a patio structure with vines, Spanish tile and arches. November 12 (Sunday)    -  Irvine Regional Park, Orange The greenery, lighting and background is stunning. If you are looking for a lush background, this is it! November 18 (Saturday)  -  Caspers Wilderness Park, San Juan Capistrano Note: Dogs are NOT ALLOWED at this location and I highly recommend wearing bug repellent!  One of our all time favorite locations with  stunning  light and oak trees.
