Pauline & Jon :::: Engagment Session at the Cerritos Public Library

Pauline and Jon are SO fun! I don't think I have ever laughed as hard shooting an engagement session as I did with these two :D Seriously, they are such a delight and you can really see how much joy and love they have with one another! These two met at a missionary retreat back in 2012 and had sort-of a complicated beginning to their relationship. Once they decided they really did like one another they dated for a year and then got engaged this past November. Pauline's ring is actually a family heirloom from Jon's family and is an original vintage ring! These two wanted someplace modern and different for the backdrop of their engagement photos since they are having a modern/elegant vibe to their wedding day and they mentioned the Cerritos Public Library. We had never been there but when we showed up were were amazed: did you know the Cerritos Public Library was so cool? We didn't! :) We had a blast exploring the exteriors and interiors of the library as well as the nearby sculpture garden. I also brought a long a sign I designed for these two and a pack of polaroids, just to add some extra fun into our session. We cannot wait to shoot their fastly approaching wedding in May!
