Aracely & Jimmie :: 7-10-2015 :: Wedding in Huntington Park and Santa Fe Springs

Aracely and Jimmie had such a lovely day! We started their day at Ara's home in Hawaiian Gardens where the bride and her family got ready. After some detail shots including some of the bride's gorgeous pearl lined gown, Tim traveled over to the spot where the guys were getting ready and Jimmie was toasted by his groomsmen! After Ara was finished getting dressed with the assistance of her mom, we packed everything up and headed for the church. The ceremony mass was held at St. Matthias Roman Catholic Church in Huntington Park. It was beautiful to see these two commit to a lifetime of love with their closest family and friends contributing to the mass through readings and assistance. After these two were officially Mr. and Mrs., we next headed to their reception site, the lovely Heritage Park Santa Fe Springs where we took some family, bridal party and bride and groom shots around the gorgeous grounds. I made the newlyweds a chalkboard with the word corazon (Spanish for heart) as it is something that Jimmie started calling Ara very early in their relationship. So sweet! The grand entrance was followed by a special song by Ara which was then followed by the first dance, father/daughter and mother/son dances. After the cake cutting it was time for the party to really get started as everyone danced on into the night! It was such a delight to be a part of this day from designing the invitations to photographing the big day and we wish all the joy and happiness in the world to Mr. and Mrs. Davalos!

Melissa and Peter are such sweeties! We started out their warm sunny wedding day at the Embassy Suites in Santa Ana,  where Melissa got ready with her bridesmaids. After a few fun shots in their robes and everyone was dressed ready to go, Melissa's bestie helped her get into her gorgeous dress, veil and garter. Next, we headed to their venue, the Eureka Building in Irvine where  the bridal party took some photos, being careful to keep bride and groom separate from one another. We also did a first look with Melissa and her dad and a "not" first look with Melissa and Peter, both were so fun and sweet! Cherie & Max :: 4/9/2022 :: Wedding in Los Angeles

Another postponed wedding couple that finally got to have their day! YAYYYYYY! This was the most wonderful pink wedding of my dreams and every detail was off the charts!  Their venue, Ruby Street in Highland Park,  was a perfect setting to apply all their incredible colorful touches and to have a fun, beautiful day! We started out with Cheri's details and getting ready at the venue. After Cherie had donned her incredible pink and sparkly Lazaro gown and Max was all suited up in his custom pink suit, these two shared their first look!  After some more photos around the venue and meeting up with their wedding party, it was finally time for their sweet and short ceremony. It is a eucalyptus grove and wow the light and trees always make for stunning photos. November 11 (Saturday)  -  Lewis  MacAdams Riverfront Park, Downtown Los Angeles This hidden gem is right by the LA river and features a wonderful greenery area with benches, a patio structure with vines, Spanish tile and arches. November 12 (Sunday)    -  Irvine Regional Park, Orange The greenery, lighting and background is stunning. If you are looking for a lush background, this is it! November 18 (Saturday)  -  Caspers Wilderness Park, San Juan Capistrano Note: Dogs are NOT ALLOWED at this location and I highly recommend wearing bug repellent!  One of our all time favorite locations with  stunning  light and oak trees.
