Josephine & Johnny :: 2-18-2017 :: Wedding in Los Angeles

What a fun and colorful day it was for Josephine and Johnny! These two had already had a wedding in China, but wanted to have a wedding in Los Angeles where they could celebrate with all their local friends and family. The theme of the day centered around the moon and stars with touches of romantic, vintage, modern and just plain fun with a bounce house right on the front lawn! Their venue, The York Manor was a perfect blank slate for them to apply all their whimsical and romantic touches, planned, organized and pulled off flawlessly by the fabulous Holly Gray. We started out with Josephine's details and her getting ready on location in the upstairs bridal suite. After Josephine  had donned her beautiful dress and veil, and had some finishing touches by her bridesmaids, she and Johnny shared a sweet first look. Next we met up with the super fun bridal party for some portraits in the backyard and then spent some time with Josephine and Johnny, finishing up with some bouncy pictures in the bounce house! Their short and sweet ceremony followed and after some fun moments, laughter, exchange of rings, these two were married, again! After cocktail hour and socializing the bridal party made their grand entrance into the reception, J and J went right into their first dance, followed by a parents dance (where they switched partners half way through!) dinner, toasts and cake. Finally, after all the reception events were completed, we stole the newlyweds away from the party for a romantic end of the night shot at The York Manor's front door :) It was such a marveous day for such a wonderful couple, and we wish them many years of joy and happiness!
