Hailey + Kimia :: 5/13/22 :: Wedding in Silverado Canyon

Wowie-zowie what an amazingly vibrant day it was for Hailey and Kimia!

These two tied the knot at the expansive and historic Rancho Las Lomas tucked away in Silverado Canyon. It was seriously one the most colorful and love-filled days we've ever photographed and the design, details and every element of the floral design by Winston and Main was off the charts gorgeous! We started with these two stunning brides getting each getting ready in a small bungalow on the property. After capturing personal details, we documented them each getting dressed separately and sharing a private first look. We then took portraits all around the property and then met up at the ceremony site with their wedding parties and wonderful families for even more fun photos. Hailey and Kimia wanted to honor each of their parents by displaying their wedding photos and their wonderful planner (Holly Gray) made it even more special by surprising the couple with custom signs displaying how many years each couple had been married-- so sweet! After portraits were completed, it was time for these two to exchange their vows, rings and make it official! Their hilarious, heartfelt and wonderful ceremony was filled with laughter, personal vows, the exchange of rings, and finally the kiss! During cocktail hour, most guests were serenaded by mariachi while a core group of family and friends attended a traditional Persian Sofreh Ceremony where the couple was showered with blessings and given gifts by their parents. Once some more reception details were captured it was time for these two to make their grand entrance into the reception. After their first dance, the guests were wowed by some incredible belly dancing entertainment during dinner service which was then followed by speeches, a rocking' dance floor and of course our last signature nighttime photo! It was such a privilege to be part of their day executed flawlessly by the incredible Holly of Anything But Gray Events and her team!

Gordon + Hank :: 4/8/23 :: Wedding in Pioneer Town

G+H had the most magical day in the most magical of places— Rimrock Ranch in Pioneer Town, Yucca Valley! The weather was literally perfect and every detail was thoughtful and intentional and executed flawlessly by Katie at Best Day Ever Events! We started with the two grooms taking photo all over the property and even with one of the horses, Ranger. Next, it was time for guest arrival and ceremony where their guests were first greeted by singing from one of their favorite performers, Leslie Page. As the guests began to sample cocktails from Your Little Local and take their seats, each guest was given a red, woven bracelet. Once everyone was seated, the officiant Lori Kahn explained that the grooms wished their guests to infuse their love and positive energy into their bracelets and place them on their wrists. Melissa & Peter :: 11-11-17 :: Wedding in Irvine

Melissa and Peter are such sweeties! We started out their warm sunny wedding day at the Embassy Suites in Santa Ana,  where Melissa got ready with her bridesmaids. After a few fun shots in their robes and everyone was dressed ready to go, Melissa's bestie helped her get into her gorgeous dress, veil and garter. Next, we headed to their venue, the Eureka Building in Irvine where  the bridal party took some photos, being careful to keep bride and groom separate from one another. We also did a first look with Melissa and her dad and a "not" first look with Melissa and Peter, both were so fun and sweet! After those portraits were done, it was ceremony time filled with a sweet and emotional first look, personal vows and three cord braiding ceremony.  Once these two were officially Mr. and Mrs. we spent some time doing family photos, bridal party photos and portraits of the newlyweds in the setting sun.
